Cookies on this website
A short one: this website does not currently set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Here is what that means and what would change if it did.
Last updated 29 October 2026What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device so that it can remember things between pages or visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, do the same kind of job. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we can only use cookies that are not strictly necessary with your consent.
What this website uses
This website does not currently set any cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. The video, fonts and images on the site are served from our own hosting rather than by third parties, so no third-party cookies are placed by visiting it.
In detail:
| Category | Used on this site? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | None at present | Our enquiry form works without cookies. If we add a feature that needs one (for example to protect the form from abuse), it will be listed here. |
| Analytics and performance | No | We do not measure visits with Google Analytics or similar tools. If we introduce analytics, we will ask for your consent through a banner before any analytics cookie is set. |
| Advertising and social media | No | We do not run advertising or social-media tracking on this site. |
| Local storage | No | The site does not store settings or data in your browser. |
Our web server keeps standard access logs — the IP address of your device, the pages requested, the time and your browser type — for security and troubleshooting. These are not cookies, do not identify you by name, and are kept for a short period. Details are in our privacy notice.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other organisations’ websites, for example government guidance or registration scheme websites. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can see, block and delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Blocking all cookies may stop some websites working properly, although it will not affect this one. Each browser’s help pages explain how: look for “cookies” in the settings or help menu of Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox or your mobile browser. The Information Commissioner’s Office also publishes plain-English guidance at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we add cookies or similar technologies to this website — for example when the site moves to a new platform, or if we introduce analytics — we will update this page and, where consent is needed, ask for it before anything is set. The date at the top shows when this policy was last changed.
